Shipping Policy — THE PAF STORE
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with THE PAF STORE.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Select international destinations (availability shown at checkout)
If your location is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that region at this time.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- These charges are determined by your local government and are not controlled by THE PAF STORE
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier.
THE PAF STORE is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Orders Through Third-Party Platforms
Orders placed through third-party platforms, including Microsoft Shopping, may be subject to additional shipping timelines, fees, and policies set by those platforms.
